What to Bring


  • Plenty of fluids, water, Gatorade, soft drinks. Alcohol consumption in moderation is allowed.

  • Sunscreen, hat or visor.

  • Sunglasses – polarized are best.

  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting wet.

  • Camera and/or Video Camera.

  • There is a TV, DVD, & CD player for your use.

  • Food – The Green Egg grill is great for grilling. We provide charcoal & utensils.

  • Paper plates, disposable eating utensils, spices, etc.

  • Overnight trips should bring a towel, bed roll. We have pillows & blankets on board but some like to bring their own.

  • There is a coffee maker. We provide coffee, cups, creamer & sugar.

  • There is a microwave you may use to cook or reheat prepared food.

  • There is a full size refrigerator/freezer for storing cold foods.

  • Bring a cooler to transport fish home. We have large drink & fish coolers on board, so please leave your coolers in your vehicle until we return to the dock.


On a typical day trip, most like to cook sausage dogs for breakfast and hot dogs or hamburgers for lunch, etc. On offshore trips, most bring a boston butt for BBQ sandwiches, steak, chicken, fish, etc. We also have an electric skillet for bacon & eggs.


We can arrange for your charter to be fully catered. You can step on the boat, go fishing and leave the shopping to us. A seven (7) day notice is required. Just give us a call, we can go over the menu options and give you a quote within 24 hrs.
